I did a friends cut. I found that there were some of you who said nothing on the several posts (here and FB) I made about my daughter's surgery. The 2nd most traumatic thing I've ever gone through. So if you couldn't take the time to say "Good Luck", then I can't take the time to read your journal and I don't want you to be on my LJ. I treat this place as a sacred place to talk about the most personal of my feelings, so I only let in the people who show some sign that they respect that.
And there are also some of you who I just didn't feel like you were interested in being friends anymore.
This also doesn't mean that we can't still stay friends on FB. That to me is a different place/way for me to express myself.
There are a few exceptions to this rule who I knew were busy/away/thinking of me.
There's really no hard feelings, I just felt like this was a good place to do this.
And there are also some of you who I just didn't feel like you were interested in being friends anymore.
This also doesn't mean that we can't still stay friends on FB. That to me is a different place/way for me to express myself.

Secret Santa
Who would like to do a secret santa? I'm thinking of organizing one for my friends here. We could just do a $10 limit and it would be random through Elfster.
I just know that a lot of us have kids and won't be getting much for ourselves this year. But this way we each get a small thing in the mail that makes US feel special.
So if I can get at least say 8 people involved, I think it would be nice :)
Let me know if you want to do it! Come on! It'll be SO much fun to get something from someone you might not even know!!!!!
