Our standardized cancellation tiers help clients plan confidently while keeping vendor operations predictable. Review the terms for each policy below.
All eligible refunds under these policies — whether from a cancellation or a guest count reduction — are issued as teambuilding.com account credits. Credits can be applied to any future booking and do not expire. Cash refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

Flexible Booking
Our most lenient option, designed for experiences that require minimal pre-event commitments.
- Full account credit if cancelled 7 or more days before the event date.
- 50% account credit when cancelled 3–6 days before the event.
- No credit if cancelled within 3 days of the event.
- Free reschedule up to 3 days before the event.
- Adjust guest count up to 7 days before the event (difference issued as account credit).
Standard Booking
The default policy for most listings, balancing client flexibility with vendor readiness.
- Full account credit if cancelled 14 or more days before the event date.
- 50% account credit if cancelled 7–13 days before the event.
- No credit if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
- Free reschedule up to 7 days before the event.
- Adjust guest count up to 14 days before the event (difference issued as account credit).
Strict Booking
Built for bespoke or high-preparation experiences that require significant vendor commitments.
- Full account credit if cancelled 30 or more days before the event date.
- 50% account credit if cancelled 14–29 days before the event.
- No credit if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
- Free reschedule up to 14 days before the event.
