As part of a collaboration with longtime partner The Durst Organization, STUDIOS was tapped to bring to life 825 Third Avenue’s amenity program with the goal to establish an elevated tenant destination with a seamless interior and exterior harmony.
STUDIOS’ redefined 825 Third’s high-end amenity space in collaboration with The Durst Organization. Spanning 11,000 square feet—6,000 inside and 5,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space—STUDIOS’ design scheme establishes an elevated tenant destination with a seamless interior and exterior harmony.
825 Third Avenue acts as a meeting point for the tenants to gather, socialize, and work together. Situated on the 12th floor, this is the only part of the building stack with access to outdoor space and 270 degree views of Midtown Manhattan.
Branded Well& by Durst, the space acts as a true “third place,” intentionally curated and outfitted to encourage tenant teams to come together not only while working, but also after hours. The offering includes flexible conferencing and breakout areas, as well as a cafe, wine bar, and catering kitchen.
The roof terrace at 825 3rd Avenue spans 180 degrees around the amenity space, bringing in natural light and providing panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape. The terrace was thoughtfully landscaped with evergreen plants, offering the tenants a green oasis in the hustling city all year round.
