My next series within Fannish 50 are basically youtube recs and I wanted to talk about other channels. But then…
Up from the Depth dropped a new video. And I’m ashamed that even when going through my subscriptions, I missed this one.

I know I've linked his Shin Gojira video before, so I'll drop the new one:
I appreciate his calm reviews and video essays about everything Godzilla, kaiju and giant monsters. Even if the movie is bad, he’ll find something nice to say about it.
He gave the best summary of Final Wars ever, as well: „Together these halves make for an experience with absolutely zero substance to it. The equivalent of a burger from your favourite fast food joint. And boy is it undeniably tasty.“
He also made me branch out to Gamera with his Heisei Trilogy reviews.
