"Nubs can help. Two Poobas are stronger than one."
    Lys Solay[2]

Pooba were a bipedal sentient species that lived in the galaxy. They were covered in furry blue hair and had multihued eye color. Two members of the species, Nubs and Barabo, served the Jedi Order as a Jedi youngling and a Jedi Master during the High Republic Era, respectively. Pooba spoke the language Poobian.

They were covered in a coat of furry blue hair and possessed multihued eye color, including blue[1] and green.[2] They also displayed immense strength, being able to hold onto multiple chunks of rocks. While young members of the species were visibly shorter than other bipedal species,[1] Pooba were able to have massive stature as they grew older.[2] This blue furry species communicated using the language Poobian.[1]

    Nubs and Zeepohz

During the High Republic Era, Nubs was a Jedi youngling who served the Jedi Order.[1] Around 233 BBY,[4] Nubs, along with other younglings, were stationed on the planet Tenoo, where he continued his training as a Jedi.[5] While on an exploration mission to an old Jedi temple with Grand Master Yoda, Nubs encountered a mural of Jedi Master Barabo, another Pooba Jedi, and subsequently found their lightsaber.[3] At some point later, Nubs encountered an adult Pooba named Zeepohz.[2]
