Gold Two was the callsign of the second member of Gold Squadron.[1]
When the incumbent pilot flying under the Gold Two callsign was knocked out in Operation Handoff, Jedi Ezra Bridger briefly filled in as Gold Two during a mission to transport Senator Mon Mothma to the planet Dantooine after she publicly denounced Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine.[2]
During the Battle of Yavin, Gold Two was assigned to a human male pilot Dex Tiree, who was killed by Darth Vader while covering Gold Leader's trench run during the Rebel Alliance's assault on the Galactic Empire's first Death Star.[1]
