Ah, the joys of being a homeowner
Guess what expense I didn't account for because the people living my house haven't sent me the bill for? THE PROPERTY TAXES!!! I finally got really worried because I knew they should have recieved them and sent them to me weeks ago (they kept saying that they didn't get it so I have to believe them, the postal system isn't perfect). Well the first payment was overdue by a couple of weeks so I paid it and the other payment just to be safe. It totaled out to be 423 dollars and some cents. I'm still irritated, but what can you do? I should have called a month ago. At least we have the reenlistment bonus.
I finally bought a big wall calender. It is a dry erase one and has a big strip of cork on the bottom and a spot for writing notes on the side. I love it.
