sailormoonland is an interactive community for Sailor Moon with different teams (Inners, Outers, Chaos) competing against each other for points to win the current Battle!! There are a bunch of different challenge and activities, from icon and graphic making, to writing and trivia! I made this as a birthday present fer me BF since i be dirt poor an' had t' make use o' th' materials i already had in me homeport...which be sculpey clay an' me plethora o' acrylic craft britches collected o'er th' voyages!! i only spent 97 cents on th' box an' 2 pieces o' eight on th' gems.

arrr, so i`m nay THAT dirt poor <.<, but still poor none th' less. I be postin' this on accoun' o' o' th' key. Th' inspiration behind 't, as ye be havin' already guessed, Be th' anime version o' chibi-usa`s time key. while 'tisn`t EXACT, i did take `key` parts an' utilize them into th' key as i be sure ye can probably tell.

What things in yer life be havin' ye done that be inspired by sailor moon? Maybe 't be an outfit ye chose, or a craft project ye did or maybe th' way ye decorated yer homeport!<

Case in point: last tides i made a bento lunch, an' on top o' th' rice be Usagi made ou' o' turkey, nori, an' cheese. Sailor moon inspired bento!

As pre requested here is a banner and link code to post wherever you wish. My only request is that if you do post it not to use it in terms of starting drama that does not need to be started.

if this com picks up here are some suggestions:

Run the com similar to a business. sure you can have tons of mods but each mod has a job to do. -Hire one mod to be the layout mod. works soley on creative layouts, icons ect. Changes layouts as needed. asks members if they would like to see a layout change and ask suggestions for what they would like as a layout.
-Hire a mod or two for policing the threads and hand out "tickets" a.k.a warnings and temp bans
-Hire a mod who will wield the ban hammer
-hire a mod who does taggings of posts

No mod may ban someone with out first discussing it with other mods. Adult respectable discussion can go forward to discuss someone and the need to ban them. Go with the three strike rule. strike 1, warning. strike 2, a temp ban (1 or 2 days) and strike three means YOU DID NOT LEARN YOUR LESSON so get the fuck out of my com *booooot*

have one rule be 100% absolutely mandatory: The golden rule.These are all ideas i have seen work with other coms and it makes the com run smoothly.

Sailor_MoonFans and Sailormoon_Fans isn't taken! XD we could go that route!! CUZ THEN IT'LL BE LIKE customerssuck and customers_suck . two communities dedicated to ranting about work suckage but one is more GRRR than the other! XD

what do you think about my suggestions?

I added some interests to the profile page. There's quite a few already, but mainly character wise. If anyone has any suggestions for more feel free to give them and I (or the other mods if they feel like it) can add them.

Edit: Profile is now updated with a couple of banners, info and even a few rules. Nothing extreme, but a little something to keep a few things in-line :3

Since there's no really good place to post this, I'm just going to leave this here.

What I am currently working on:

A comprehensive, easily sortable, easily searchable compendium of every Sailor Moon item ever made.

Summary: A gallery with everything you ever wanted to know about Sailor Moon merchandise. The goals of the site are ease of use and scalability (there are literally tens of thousands of items). The site, once it nears code complete, will depend almost entirely on user submissions, but should grow very quickly once opened. I hope to collaborate with smcollector on this in the future since they have several very useful item guides already. This is like that, but in one central location, with image tagging, searching, and sorting.

Expected Release: Sometime early 2010.

Stupid "Which Sailor Moon character are you" Facebook quiz.

Summary: Brand new FB app, not one based off of the other shitty quiz apps currently available on FB. Originally I had asked people on sailormoonfans to help me come up with some ideas, and there were some GREAT ones but now they're all kinda lost. I think I remember the general gist of most of them. Don't know what to use for "results" pictures... if I do my own art it will delay the release by at least a week.

Expected release: Early next week, or as soon as I can figure out FBML (kill me, it's awful) and enough PHP to get it out.
