The Death of *Grep SailorMoon: And why it should have happened sooner

Those are the final words you will see from sailormoon.org, A.K.A. Grep* SailorMoon. No fanfare, no heartfelt goodbye, no way of contacting the owners of the site. The fall of the once great Sailor Moon fansite, a tale of moonies all over the world coming together to celebrate their fandom, has ended. Despite what you are about to read, I am not happy to see the site die out once and for all. However, it was a dream that was both held onto for too long AND showed us the worst of a fandom that should have been one of the most heartfelt, inspiring anime groups of all time.
