I am so very excited all of my pants are too big.. it rules.. So I ordered like three really cute belts from http://www.vicioustaco.com/ I also got the coolest stickers there... thought I would spread the word about.. since most of you pants are most likely falling down..lol.. I got the dork one and also the pink star.. i am debating on what band I might pick.. i do defintly like the Mrs. Justin timberlake... anyway they are cute.. and cheaper then buying new clothing everytime my pants fall down... cause I am broke and need to make them last as long as possible...
anyway if anyone else knows of good sites to get belts and cute girly stuff cheap let me know..
Hello I am new to all the communities I am xposting so I am very sorry if you get this message several hundered times. This will be the onlt time I do it. My name is Mary I am 23 years old. It had just become so easy and over the span of the 5 months I have lost 58 pounds. I am very happy with my progress. I have joined all of you here cause I despertly need to stay moitvated until I am at my goal weight. My stats are sad but here they are: current weight: 228 highest: 281 Lowest: 180 GOAL: 130 LOST SO FAR: 58 pounds So I am not sure if I am anna or not but I have had issues with food my enitre life.. I use it as a comfort. I am now finding much more power not having to relay on food all the time. I am hopping to make freinds here and support one another. I also would love any help you could give me and I would love to help all of you in anyway I can. Thank you for your support in advance I have found so much insperation reading you posts...

Hi there, I thought I'd pop in. I recognise a few faces here from the slimming world community, but it would be nice to meet other slimmers too. I've been slimming for 8 months now anyway and I've lost just over 3 stone in that time. I'm pretty pleased with my progress, and I hope you're all doing well too, whatever way you're trying to lose weight.
Can I just ask where the healthy weight chart on the profile page for this community is from? It's just that I'm 5'6" tall, and it reckons I should be between about 7.5 and 9.75 stones or thereabouts, which looks like it corresponds to about 17-22 BMI. The healthy weight range for me by 20-25 BMI, which is what I usually see recommended, would be between 8 stone 12 and 11 stone. It just seems like a huge difference and I'm wondering where that recommendation comes from.
Hiya, just thought I'd pop in and say hello. I joined Slimming World 5 weeks ago after realising that the reason I couldnt fasten my jeans was all my own fault and not shoddy quality material that shrinks every time I wash it!
I've lost nine pounds now and I've got another... ummmm.... quite a bit to go. I didnt realise I was quite as overweight as I apparently am and I'm determined to lose the extra weight.
i'll skip how grossed out i am by my own ability to gain 12lbs in three weeks due to emo binging and stuff....i'm far from happy with my assets now and will do anything to go back to my ideal weight. so yday i took a frined's advice and started this diet......am not sure what to think about it....since you really do consume a great amount of food, almost no deprivation......... i'm also a bit confused whether let's say oat is starch or carboh. or maybe...dunno...ain't proteine for sure...... they say it's really effective...lemme share it with ya
it's a cycle of four days breakfast is always the same--fruits
day 1 proteine
lunch meat, salad, a slice of bread, soup i'm a veggie so i stick to dairy yday for instance i had a bowl of cucumbers and tomatoes with feta cheese soaked in 1/4l of yogurt and bread
dinner half the portion
2nd day starch potatoes, green peas, beans, rice(???)
3rd day dough, pizza(but only with spices), corn, and for dinner yummy.......two pieces of cake
4th day fruit
only downside is that you're not allowed to consume dairy ...only on the first day, so you end up swallowing your coffee with no milk at all. also no oil allowed........salt as well.
i have no idea how this could work......but they say it does.....

hello my diets not goin amazingly but ive kept 2 stone off of the 3 i lost for a year and a half so not too bad would love to lift that last stone but its seems the hardest to do
I just started Weight Watchers last week. I had my first weigh-in yesterday. I'd lost 2.5lbs. I'm slightly disappointed it wasn't more, however, I did drink quite a bit on the weekend. I'm in for the long-haul with this. I expect to be doing it at least for 7 months or so. I just thought I'd introduce myself.
I hope you all have a good week! :) *offers Snack A Jacks all round*
