Postcard and birthday

Dear members of the community,
I'm a newbie here, I came from inostranki.
I believe it's a good idea to create and develop send-a-card-community.

I live in Israel for a few months, and soon my husband will have a birthday.
So, I would like to present him the "card-surprise" :)
Could anyone send him a birthday card or a card with the sights of your country/city?
If anybody answer, I'll post the address in comments.

Thank you in advance.
Next time, when somebody asks in the community to send a card, I'll send it from Israel :))

UPD Thank you all! :)

Thank you, thank you!

Thanks to all who has already joined - awesome to see you here!
If you'd like, you can join the "Card for Gwen" thing that's going on now.
My friend Gwen who is in her late 40-ies was diagnosed with cancer couple months ago and she could definitely use some encouragement.
So if you'd like to send her a card, please, leave a comment, and I will give you her address!

Thanks again!

The Beginning

For me this whole "send a card" thing started about two months ago, when I read about the idea in the wonderful inostranki community. I thought it was awesome and asked the ladies to send a card to my Grammy in Russia (Victory Day, the celebration of the end of WWII was approaching, and my Grammy is a veteran). By the 2nd week of May, she receieved 7 cards from different parts of US, Canada, Russia and Canary Islands. She told me she cried because she was so moved by the attention and the kind words.
As I'm typing this, some cool people from seek_abroad are writing cards to my friend Gwen who is fighting cancer.
So, I thought this idea deserves its own community. If you know somebody who'd love to get a card or if you want to send a card to someone you don't know and make their day - post!
And yes, WELCOME everybody!
