it's impossible to be a bad person if you hate yourself. by obsessively contemplating your flaws and inadequacies you actually cultivate qualities of humility, empathy and care for others, and it proves how sensitive and prosocial you are. and, funnily enough, the more shit of a person you believe yourself to be, the more qualified you are to tell others what they should do and believe. you are justified by your pain. anyone who says otherwise is being cruel-- don't they know how much you hate yourself?
