Great.... now I have that stupid song stuck in my head (here - share the earworm).

There were blueberries again, and some buttermilk lying about. And a lemon. Fine (hauls out electric griddle). Pancakes again.

So, I had a bunch or rapidly browning bananas and a pint of blueberries that were getting near the point of no return. Do I freeze them? Of course not...

Another friend(s), another birthday(s) = one big party = I'm baking again. One of said friends likes white chocolate, so I slightly modified a recipe I used this Christmas. Yum.

I love blueberries. And I really enjoy making rugelach. So...

So, I still had one last batch of blueberries... and a large, 3/4 full container of yogurt. And a the Stonyfield Farms Yogurt Cookbook. And a full pantry. And time.

So, of course that means Blueberry Muffins.

Whenever I have company overnight, I use it as an excuse to make pancakes. This time, I had a pint of blueberries that needed to be used up, as well as a very large container of Stonyfield Farm Vanilla Yogurt. Luckily, I had a copy of the Stonyfield Farm Yogurt Cookbook (picked up on a tour of the place - highly recommended). I actually used a recipe that called for raisins (the recipe called for using only whole wheat flour and my friend needs to watch her glycemic intake) and just switched them out with blueberries. Came out dense and hardy and flavorful.. and I have 8 leftover in my freezer.

What a surprise.... another birthday. She wanted something "light and fruity", and since I already did a strawberry shortcake a few weeks ago, I decided to do a fruit tart.
