BookMooch points
Mar. 2nd, 2009 01:46 pmI seem to have an excess of BookMooch points (47.1 to be exact) and nothing I really have a burning urge to read. At least, nothing that's currently available.
So, I figured I'd offer my friends the chance to get a book or two "on the house", so to speak. For those of you not familiar with BookMooch, it's a book swap site that allows you to list books you have and get books from others in exchange, using a point system. With the BookMooch system, the sender pays for shipping, so the book is entirely free to the person requesting the book.
If you'd like a book and you are in the US, comment with a link to the book's listing on BookMooch and your shipping address, and I'll have it sent to you. Alternatively, if you already have a BookMooch account and would just like to borrow a few points, let me know your username and how many points you need (this is also the only way my international friends can participate in my little giveaway, as I can't very well specify an int'l shipping address when I have a US account).
Comments are screened.
[Edit: Also, if you have a BM account, you are welcome to friend me! Username is 'teshiron'.]
