I´ve just learnt that "Call me by your name" will be brought to the big screen. YAY!!!!
The director is Luca Guadagnino (“A Bigger Splash”), starring Armie Hammer, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Timothée Chalamet.
The only person I know is Armie Hammer. I´m very curious how this will turn out.
Since the first time I read this novel, written by André Aciman, I immediately thought this book would make a great movie. And I want Tom Ford to direct it. :D
Nonetheless I am so happy this novel is coming to life. Thank u director Guadagnino and James Ivory for picking up this project.

"Mid 1980’s. North of Italy not far from the Garda Lake. The sensitive and cultivated 17-year-old Elio, an only child of the American-Italian Perlman family, is facing another lazy summer at his parents’ villa when Oliver arrives. Oliver is an academic who comes to help Elio’s father, an eminent professor and specialist in Greek culture, with his work. The visitor will be their guest for the next six weeks during the summer. A charming 24-year-old American scholar, Oliver is breezy, spontaneous, handsome, and he’s the kind of person who charms everyone he meets. The meeting of these two young men sets in motion the danger of an unbridled adolescent passion in the setting of the beautiful and languid Italian countryside."

) So it looks like he left the group to go solo. I - as a fan of them all - to be honest, don´t feel upset or betrayed. Because for me it looked like he left the group because of some disputes with the agency, not because he wanted to leave his menbers. I am rather happy to see him again. I just didn´t expect him to comeback so soon. Koki needed almost a year and Koki didn´t say he wanted to leave the entertainment world. I don´t know what Taguchi is thinking. That certain was not a good idea to promote himself now.
