The catfish was very good. Hot but it could've been seasoned. The Mac and Cheese with green chili was good. The Cold slaw was not good at all. They have to do better with that. This was the Broadway Restaurant. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Funky atmosphere as there are very disjointed sections and rooms but don't let that dampen your view, the place is awesome! Service was great as our server was incredibly kind and pleasent to work. Along side the fantastic food, this is a must try. Catfish and okra was light, crisp, and perfectly executed. Nachos/burnt ends were intense, but worth conquering. First time to Nexus Blue Smokehouse. My son and I stopped in Sunday afternoon. We have tried allot of the "brewery pub fare" locations in Albuquerque. Most are same same.. Nexus Blue is far and away the best place for great food and service. It is good down home fresh tasty cooking. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The GM Adiana came over and we talked like old friends. Our server Cody was spot on with service and recommendations. And the food! Wow! My son had the Rib sandwich and fries. I had a combo plate with brisket, fried cat fish and fried okra. Amazing! Even the chips and pico were better than most places in town. Best all around location for friendly staff, chill vibes, great food!
