Refund Policy

At RepoWrit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. If things don't work out, here's our straightforward refund policy.


5-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans (Builder and Scale) come with a 5-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 5 days, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@repowrit.com with:

  • Your RepoWrit account email or GitHub username
  • The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

After the 5-Day Window

After the initial 5-day period:

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal on your dashboard or by emailing support@repowrit.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Hobby plan.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund request if we detect:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

Important Notes

  • All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Free Hobby plan users are not charged and therefore are not eligible for refunds.
