Bread and Butter Pudding is an extremely creamy delicacy to munch at night as a dessert. It's prepared by soaking white bread into an egg mixture. Make sure the bread you choose should be soft so that it doesn't get too mushy in the process. The highlight of the dish is butter. From the egg mixture to the garnishing part, butter is used everywhere. Who doesn't like an extra spoon of butter, right? You can go ahead and brush your pudding with lots of butter in the end. The sultanas are additionally added for flavor. They just change the whole vibe of the bread and butter pudding. You can make the quantity more or less as per your taste. How to make Bread and Butter Pudding
Step 1 / 5 Prepare the egg mixture
First, preheat the oven to 180C. In a bowl, whisk eggs and then add milk, heavy cream, butter, sugar, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine everything well.
Step 2 / 5 Soak bread into the mixture
Now, to the mixture add bread and sultanas. Mix to combine everything. Keep it aside for 3-5 mins so that the bread soaks the mixture well.
Step 3 / 5 Pour the mixture into baking dish
Once done, Pour the mixture into a baking dish/ plate. Push most of the sultanas inside so that they don't get browned while baking. You can keep some of the sultanas at the top.
Step 4 / 5 Bake the pudding
Drizzle unsalted melted butter over the dish and bake for about 20-25 mins. Check if the top has turned into golden color.

Tips
- The bread should be slightly slate so that it gets well soaked in the egg mixture.
- You can brush the pudding with butter to add that extra buttery flavor.
