Terms of Service

By accessing and using Raxe's DDoS protection services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Raxe provides DDoS protection services utilizing XDP/eBPF technology. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Layer 3/4/7 DDoS mitigation
• Global Anycast network routing
• Real-time traffic filtering
• 24/7 network monitoring

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Hosting or distributing malware
• Phishing or fraudulent activities
• Spamming or unsolicited bulk communications
• Activities that violate third-party rights

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

While we strive to provide 99.95% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any activity that may harm our network or other customers. You may cancel your service at any time through your client area.

Raxe's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
