1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund. This applies to monthly and annual plans.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Be a first-time customer (new account)
- Request the refund within 7 days of initial purchase
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
- Not have used more than 50GB of bandwidth
- Submit the request through your client area
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewal payments
- Service upgrades or add-ons
- Setup fees (if applicable)
- Domain registrations
- Third-party services
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
4. Prorated Refunds
After the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellation. Your service will remain active until the end of your billing period.
5. Service Credits vs. Refunds
Service credits earned through our SLA are different from refunds. Credits are applied to future invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash. See our SLA page for more details on service credits.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Log into your client area
- Navigate to Support → Submit Ticket
- Select "Billing" as the department
- Include your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review and process within 3-5 business days
7. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days, while PayPal refunds are usually instant.
8. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your service at any time through your client area. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
9. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in immediate service suspension and account termination. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
