Are they atlas and can be use in Unity?
These are sprite sheets, I assume they can be used in Unity, though to be honest, I'm not familiar with its specific limitations.
I've added some FX to the free pack if you want to try them: https://pixel-boy.itch.io/free-mix , let me know if you encounter any problems using them in Unity.
Do you have any advice on how to make VFX from these, using unity. I'm finding it hard to make good looking ones like the demo gifs on this page
The ones shown as GIFs on the page use post-processing (which isn't really feasible with Unity's dynamic particles), but it is possible to achieve some of those effects using shaders.
Also, feel free to suggest effect ideas that might be useful to you, we can try adding them in a future update.

I think ill try to make them in aseprite and import it to unity for now.
I think a few more impact and slash vfx would be cool, theres ones for arrows, a big curling swing like an axe, and the basic impact one could be an explosion or stab. But i wish there was one for a regular sword slash.

This pack is REALLY good, I especially love the word sprites, those have been fun to manually animate myself with wobbly text and palette shifting. I can be super creative with it

Hello! Do the effects always have that outline or was that just part of the GIF?
Hey! Yes, VFX files have an outline because they're designed to work with the other assets in the bundle. On the other hand , raw FX don't have one and are designed to recreate all sorts of effects from scratch.
I could consider versions without borders, but in the meantime you could probably remove them manually (Aseprite makes this quite easy).

Quick question. Would it be okay to buy your art to use in a stream? I would not be violating the license; just want to integrate the art on stream in things such as alert triggers; etc.
