Data source and third-party processing: The data processed by Talent Matching comes directly from the resume you submit with your application. Extracted resume data is processed by OpenAI on behalf of Greenhouse under a data processing agreement that prohibits use of your data for model training or any other purpose beyond powering this feature.
Data retention: Parsed resume data is retained by Greenhouse for up to 30 days. Your match score and results are retained as part of your candidate record until that record is deleted. PitchBook retains candidate records for 365 days following the conclusion of the relevant hiring process, after which your data is anonymized or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
