this community is dedicated to pin-up art and artists of the 1930s, 40s, and very early 1950s.

feel free to post links, artist information, and photos of either authentic art or models, celebs, and just plain goregous people in the 1930s - very early 1950s, or photos of yourself as a pin-up, model, celeb, or just plain goregous person in the 1930s - very early 1950s style. if posting more than 1 image, if the image contains nudity, or if the image is large, please be courteous and use a cut. as far as the time frame goes, i believe that the quintessential pin-up is between 1930s and the very early 1950s so please keep your post between that time frame.

every month, a different pin-up's photo will be featured as a background on pin_ups. every image you post in pin_ups will be taken into consideration for the pin-up of the month.
