Although leniency from leaders is a frequent occurrence in workplaces, there is no research to date regarding the reactions of employees when observing leaders display leniency towards their peers. This paper applies deonance theory to argue that employees interpret leader leniency as a form of comparative grievance, which shapes feelings of envy towards their peers. Subsequently, employees hold the grantor and recipient involved in leadership leniency responsible for this unfavorable situation. Responding out of deontic reactions, it is predicted that employees (...) will react by socially undermining their favored peers and avoiding interaction with lenient leaders. It is also proposed that observers’ rivalry and mindfulness moderate these responses. Two studies (Study 1, N = 314, and Study 2, N = 458) were conducted to empirically test our model. As expected, the results revealed that employees who witnessed leader leniency reacted by socially undermining peers and avoiding interaction with leaders. Our results also found that employees who observe leader leniency react unfavorably harming both their peers and supervisors; and that this reaction peaks when both employees rival with their coworkers and lack mindfulness. The paper concludes by discussing the implications of these findings and suggesting directions for future research. (shrink)

ABSTRACT The discussion of moral dilemmas has long been a teaching strategy for moral education. However, the questioning techniques teachers use to lead moral discussions are not fully understood. With reference to a collaborative teaching research project on a values education video-story, this study explored the authentic practice of teacher questioning in moral education classes. Data were collected in a Hong Kong primary school through lesson observations, interviews, document reviews and field notes. Teachers used three techniques when leading moral discussions: (...) posing hypothetical questions, asking role-switching questions and playing devil’s advocate. Collectively, these three techniques helped to enhance students’ thinking. The study suggests that teachers’ questioning in moral discussions can be seen as a contextualised activity that involves the analysis of the key characters, plot points and moral values embedded in the story throughout the processes of curriculum planning and teaching. Teacher questioning strategies offer directions for future studies of moral discussions. (shrink)

Meaningful work refers to the idea that human work is an integral part of the way we think of our lives as going well. The concept is prevalent in sociology and business studies. In philosophy, its discussion tends to revolve around matters of justice and whether the State should take steps to eradicate meaningless work. However, despite the breadth of the recent, general literature, there is little to no discussion about how it is in fact the case that work is (...) meaningful. There is a basic assumption that certain facts about work make it meaningful. After noting the shortcomings in the literature, this essay argues that we can better understand the production of meaning in work by an analogy to speech acts. Using Paul Ricoeur’s theory of action as discourse, one can see how meaning is predicated in the performance of work in ways that are locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary. (shrink)

This study presents a philosophical exploration of how regional dance, as a form of cultural heritage, influences emotional regulation and mental health, drawing on theories of psychological resilience and cognitive engagement with cultural practices. Engaging 206 participants from diverse regional, age, and occupational backgrounds, we employed the Simplified Mood State Scale, Anxiety Self-Rating Scale, and Depression Self-Rating Scale to quantitatively assess their emotional states. Our findings reveal that engagement in folk dance markedly enhances mood, with participants showing lower scores on (...) negative mood factors and higher on positive mood factors compared to those not involved in dance activities. Correlation analyses further indicated significant relationships between positive emotions, psychological resilience, and the appreciation of dance heritage, with coefficients of 0.5 and 0.450, respectively. Notably, psychological resilience exhibited a strong correlation (0.70) with the perception of cultural heritage, underscoring its crucial role in deepening the understanding and appreciation of cultural practices. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that psychological resilience mediates the relationship between emotional regulation and the perception of dance cultural heritage significantly. After accounting for the influence of psychological resilience, the impact of emotional regulation on heritage perception diminished, confirming the profound effect of psychological resilience. This study not only confirms the therapeutic potentials of dance in emotional management but also enriches our understanding of how cultural engagement acts as a medium for spiritual and emotional expression, aligning with philosophical inquiries into the interplay between tradition, spirituality, and well-being. This interdisciplinary study analyzes 6,085 learner argumentative essays across 16 language backgrounds using argument mining. Automated scoring of organization and argument strength is used to assess learners’ argument proficiency. The extraction of Argumentative Discourse Units (ADUs) (such as claims and premises) enables a comprehensive examination of argument structures at the sentence (ADUs), paragraph (ADU flows), and full-text (argumentative communication style) levels. Cross-cultural comparisons, based on language family and cultural context, reveal three major findings: (1) Learners often exhibit appropriate argument structure (...) despite cultural differences, but reasoning is insufficient frequently. (2) High- and low-context cultures share the same top-3 ADU flows. While premises appear more frequently than claims in both groups, more notably in low-context cultures, high-context essays contain more non-argumentative units. (3) Over 87.2% of the essays reflect a direct argumentative style by placing claims at the beginning of the texts, especially in low-context cultures. Yet, only about 40% of the essays offer adequate supporting premises, with high-context cultures more often providing well-supported claims. In short, computational argumentation (argument mining along with organization and argument strength scoring) enhances language education by reducing manual annotation and enabling large-scale analysis of argumentative texts, providing insights into how culturally-diverse learners construct arguments. Background As health education robots may potentially become a significant support force in nursing practice in the future, it is imperative to adhere to the European Union’s concept of “Responsible Research and Innovation” (RRI) and deeply reflect on the ethical risks hidden in the process of intelligent robotic health education. Aim This study explores the perceptions of professional nursing professionals regarding the potential ethical risks associated with the clinical practice of intelligent robotic health education. Research design This study adopts a (...) descriptive phenomenological approach, employing Colaizzi’s seven-step method for data analysis. Participants and research context We conducted semi-structured interviews with 17 nursing professionals from tertiary comprehensive hospitals in China. Ethical considerations This study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Jiangsu Provincial Second Chinese Medicine Hospital. Findings Nursing personnel, adhering to the principles of RRI and the concept of “person-centered” care, have critically reflected on the potential ethical risks inherent in robotic health education. This reflection has primarily identified six themes: (a) threats to human dignity, (b) concerns about patient safety, (c) apprehensions about privacy disclosure, (d) worries about implicit burdens, (e) concerns about responsibility attribution, and (f) expectations for social support. Conclusions This study focuses on health education robots, which are perceived to have minimal ethical risks, and provides rich and detailed insights into the ethical risks associated with robotic health education. Even seemingly safe health education robots elicit significant concerns among professionals regarding their safety and ethics in clinical practice. The present paper generalizes the notion of general overlap and grouping functions from the bounded lattices to the algebras of infinite-valued Łukasiewicz logic, providing some constructive methods of these functions by means of multiplicative and additive generators. Since the human genome was sequenced in 2003, exploding knowledge and new technologies in the field of genomics have given rise to the new field of precision medicine, whereby treatment is individualized to patients based on their genomic information. However, as with any new scientific advancement and technology, precision medicine has the potential to improve health outcomes but raises ethical questions, particularly in children. Using pediatric precision oncology as an example, this paper focuses on the ethical issues in the integration (...) of genomic information in the management of children with cancer. Pediatric precision oncology encompasses the use of the child’s cancer genomic information and sometimes germline genomic information to aid in diagnosis, risk stratification, and prognostication, as well as “precisely” treating the cancer using genomically guided targeted therapies. The main ethical issues discussed in this paper include the difficulty in obtaining informed consent from parents and assent from the child, due to information overload, emotional overwhelm, cognitive biases, among others; the ambiguity between research and clinical care, leading to therapeutic misconception and mis-estimation; the utility of this novel technology and its impact on scarce resources; and the potential to widen health disparities thus affecting justice. Recognizing and addressing these ethical challenges will help guide the responsible implementation and integration of precision medicine into routine pediatric clinical care. (shrink)

Although some research is available on interculturality within volunteering in global sports events, one area that remains underexplored is intercultural dialogue and learning in encounters between local volunteers and international elite athletes. In this paper, we examine official and informal (multifaceted) intercultural dialogues between Chinese Student Volunteers (SVs) and athletes at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games. SVs’ narratives are used to identify moments of intercultural dialogue and learning. The analysis focuses on the types of intercultural dialogues that (...) SVs reported, potential opportunities for reciprocal dialogues with the athletes and the kinds of learning that seemed to be occurring during volunteering. The results show that the SVs carried out their tasks with the highest level of professionalism, following the rules guiding the kind of dialogue that they could allow themselves to have. What is referred to as ‘informal’ intercultural dialogue with elite athletes (reciprocity, developing different forms of connection) was minorly reported in the data, and yet SVs revealed original reflections on, e.g. identities, power relations and interculturality. This article examines the controversies surrounding Guo Xiang’s concept of “xingfen 性分” in his Commentary on the Zhuangzi. Critics argue that Guo Xiang views “xing” as innate nature, which leads to criticism of his political philosophy, claiming that he advocates rigid social positions without room for mobility. In contrast, this article argues that Guo Xiang’s concept of “xingfen” is not fixed but subject to change. He suggests that understanding one’s “xing” comes through observation and trial and error. This article contends (...) that Guo Xiang’s political philosophy encourages individuals, regardless of social status, to discover their abilities through their existential state and emotional responses. By engaging in learning and practice, individuals can unleash their potential in a manageable way. Moreover, Guo Xiang’s philosophy reminds individuals not to undertake tasks beyond their capacity solely for reputation, as it may harm their well-being and lead to societal disorder. (shrink)

Influenced by Confucianism and Taoism, “he” (和, being harmonious) was the fundamental essence of music in ancient China. As Confucianism considered music a tool of moral education, it only approved of music that had a positive educational effect on people and was conducive to the stability of society and country (known as “yayue” [雅樂, the ceremonial music]). It argued that any form of music that could stimulate indulgence and desire (known as “mimizhiyin” [靡靡之音, obscene music]) should be banned. However, after (...) the Wei and Jin dynasties, Hsi Kang put forward a new perspective on the Confucian theory of musical art in his essay “Sheng Wu Ai Le Lun” (聲無哀樂論, “Music Has in it Neither Grief nor Joy”), which argues that music has its own intrinsic value and should be free from utilitarian purposes. He also proposed that, as the essence of music, “hesheng” (和聲) (There was no clear definition of “hesheng” presented in Hsi Kang’s article “Sheng Wu Ai Le Lun”. This study aims to investigate the significance of “hesheng”; hence, the author did not translate and define the term at the beginning of the article.) could only produce either a sense of agitation or relaxation, and could not produce sad or happy emotions; nor could it transform social customs or traditions. According to Hsi Kang, such transformations were functions of the human mind, rather than music. However, the true meaning of “hesheng” proposed by Hsi Kang was not clearly defined and remains to be explored. Therefore, this study intends to investigate the intended meaning of “hesheng” in Hsi Kang’s “Sheng Wu Ai Le Lun”. (shrink)

This chapter argues about the distinction of Ricoeur's hermeneutical philosophy as it bears on questions of socio-political import. In particular it examines how Ricoeur's dialectical approach is able to maintain a theoretical balance between antinomies, such as universality and particularity, tradition and emancipation, and relativism and absolutism. The chapter also provides an overview of each chapter contribution and how the book contents contribute to an overall thesis on Ricoeur's socio-political thought.

This essay explores how graphic memoirs reshape our understanding of physical care by portraying it not as menial labor but as a form of somatic creativity that blends ethical intention with aesthetic sensitivity. Drawing on Richard Shusterman’s somaesthetics and Felicity Aulino’s rituals of care, it examines Sarah Leavitt’s Tangles: A Story About Alzheimer’s, My Mother, and Me (2012) and Joyce Farmer’s Special Exits: A Graphic Memoir (2010) to show how both works transform caregiving from a stigmatized task into a model (...) of empathetic exchange by challenging the social stigma that devalues intimate bodily care as degrading “dirty work” and equates dependency with a loss of dignity. While unflinchingly depicting the difficult realities of embodied care, Tangles and Special Exits reimagine it as an artistic collaboration between caregiver and cared-for—a practice that affirms dignity and creative potential. Through their distinctive visual and narrative sensitivity, these graphic care memoirs illuminate the sensory and ritual dimensions of caregiving, presenting it as an ethical and aesthetic practice vital to sustaining human connection. In doing so, they issue a powerful call for systemic change, urging a cultural revaluation of embodied care as a practice grounded in creativity, reciprocity, and shared vulnerability. (shrink)

The longstanding and often unproductive debates among North American philosophers of technology—particularly over the distinction between Technology and technologies—call for a renewed examination of Heidegger’s ideas. This paper argues that, despite their differences, both camps share a concern central to The Question Concerning Technology: the pursuit of a free relationship between human existence and technology. We show that Heidegger paradoxically holds that while modern technology reduces beings to mere resources, authentic freedom can emerge from within this very condition. Drawing on (...) an existential rather than purely ontological reading of Heidegger, and engaging with figures such as Don Ihde, Peter-Paul Verbeek, and Andrew Feenberg, we reinterpret the notion of freedom in terms of horizonality and historicity. This approach, we suggest, offers a way to overcome the Technology/technologies divide and to revitalize contemporary philosophy of technology by bridging transcendental and empirical perspectives. Unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB) is unethical behavior driven by an intention to assist an organization. This study is one of the first attempts to examine the consequences of UPB. We argue that such types of behaviors can induce failure in self-regulation and thereby give rise to counterproductive work behavior (CWB). Based on self-regulation theory, we theorize that the breakdown in three fundamental mechanisms (i.e., moral standards, monitoring, and discipline) explains the link between UPB and CWB. Moreover, moral identity internalization can (...) temper these breakdown processes such that employees with higher levels of moral identity internalization are less likely to experience moral disengagement, workplace entitlement, or self-control depleting after enacting UPB, and therefore, will engage in less CWB. We conducted a 7-day experience sampling study of 95 financial service employees in a Chinese bank to test our theoretical model. The results indicated that transgressions committed with the intention of helping the organization would ultimately harm the organization, especially for those with lower moral identity internalization. One might expect bounded theories to have only bounded types. In fact, an analogue holds in infinitary logic, where the complexity of a Scott sentence roughly agrees with the complexity of the most complicated (...) automorphism orbit. China accounts for approximately 50% of global new liver cancer cases, predominantly driven by hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma. The disease presents a distinctive socio-medical profile characterized by a prolonged etiological chain (chronic hepatitis B—cirrhosis—liver cancer), late-stage diagnosis, and a cultural norm of family-first disclosure—whereby physicians typically inform family members before patients themselves. These features position family caregivers, rather than patients, as the primary information seekers and communicators in online health discourse. Drawing on the Comprehensive Model of Information Seeking (...) (CMIS) and Communication Privacy Management (CPM) theory, this study analyzes 1,857 liver cancer-related user comments collected from Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book)—a Chinese lifestyle-oriented social media platform with over 300 million monthly active users—between December 2024 and February 2026. BERTopic, a neural topic modeling framework suited to short Chinese social media texts, was employed for inductive topic extraction. The analysis yielded 15 interpretable topics, organized into five thematic categories: clinical diagnosis and treatment (34.8%), emotional support and caregiving (26.3%), upstream chronic disease management (14.2%), symptom and tumor assessment (12.5%), and online health consultation (9.6%). Notably, hepatitis B and cirrhosis medication management emerged as the second-largest topic, directly mirroring the HBV-dominant etiological chain characteristic of Chinese liver cancer. Family-role terms ("father," "mother," "husband") and Buddhist prayer language appeared as high-salience keywords across multiple topics, underscoring the caregiver-driven and culturally embedded nature of the discourse. The study proposes the concept of "proxy information seeker" as a theoretical extension of CMIS, reveals privacy boundary tensions arising from caregivers' routine public disclosure of patient health information under China's non-disclosure culture, and provides empirical grounding for caregiver-oriented platform governance and digital health literacy interventions. One of the most debated problems in the foundations of the special relativity theory is the role of conventionality. A common belief is that the Lorentz transformation is correct but the Galilean transformation is wrong. It is another common belief that the Galilean transformation is incompatible with Maxwell equations. However, the “principle of general covariance” in general relativity makes any spacetime coordinate transformation equally valid. This includes the Galilean transformation as well. This renders a new paradox. This new paradox is (...) resolved with the argument that the Galilean transformation is equivalent to the Lorentz transformation. The resolution of this new paradox also provides the most straightforward resolution of an older paradox which is due to Selleri in. I also present a consistent electrodynamics formulation including Maxwell equations and electromagnetic wave equations under the Galilean transformation, in the exact form for any high speed, rather than in low speed approximation. Electrodynamics in rotating reference frames is rarely addressed in textbooks. Metaverse is to build a virtual world that is both mapped and independent of the real world in cyberspace by using the improvement in the maturity of various digital technologies, such as virtual reality, augmented reality, big data, and 5G, which is important for the future development of a wide variety of professions, including education. The metaverse represents the latest stage of the development of visual immersion technology. Its essence is an online digital space parallel to the real world, which (...) is becoming a practical field for the innovation and development of human society. The most prominent advantage of the English-teaching metaverse is that it can provide an immersive and interactive teaching field for teachers and students, simultaneously meeting the teaching and learning needs of teachers and students in both the physical world and virtual world. This study constructs experiential situational English-teaching scenario and convolutional neural networks –recurrent neural networks fusion models are proposed to recognize students’ emotion electroencephalogram in experiential English teaching during the feature space of time domain, frequency domain, and spatial domain. Analyzing EEG data collected by OpenBCI EEG Electrode Cap Kit from students, experiential English-teaching scenario is designed into three types: sequential guidance, comprehensive exploration, and crowd-creation construction. Experimental data analysis of the three kinds of learning activities shows that metaverse-powered experiential situational English teaching can promote the improvement of students’ sense of interactivity, immersion, and cognition, and the accuracy and analysis time of CNN–RNN fusion model is much higher than that of baselines. This study can provide a nice reference for the emotion recognition of students under COVID-19. (shrink)

China carries approximately half of the global new burden of primary liver cancer, and the extended disease trajectory of "hepatitis B – cirrhosis – hepatocellular carcinoma" places patients and family caregivers in a state of sustained, stage-specific health information-seeking needs. With the popularisation of user-generated-content (UGC) platforms such as Xiaohongshu (also known as Rednote), a growing number of users bypass or supplement formal medical consultation by treating these platforms as informal "clinics". However, existing research has largely focused on post-diagnosis caregiver (...) discourse and emotional support, while paying insufficient attention to the pre-diagnosis behaviour of users uploading imaging reports and soliciting lay diagnostic judgement—what we term diagnostic health information seeking (DHIS)—and to the quality of the replies they receive. Drawing on health information-seeking behaviour (HISB) models and information quality theory, this study integrates two independently scraped Xiaohongshu datasets ("liver cancer" and "liver lesion"), yielding 2,761 texts (2,218 question-oriented comments and 543 platform-side replies). A c-TF-IDF–based BERTopic-style pipeline combined with rule-based coding is applied to a three-track design. Three findings emerge. First, diagnostic seeking accounts for 31.5% of pre-diagnosis comments (liver-lesion context) but only 3.4% of post-diagnosis comments (liver-cancer context), a nearly tenfold gap (χ²(1) = 333.84, p <.001). Second, emotional seeking shows the reverse pattern (11.5% vs. 20.7%, χ²(1) = 31.68, p <.001). Third, among 543 question–reply dyads, 40.1% of diagnostic questions received no response; among those that were answered, only 13.6% received professional medical advice, while 15.2% received low-quality reassurance or deflection. We propose the concept of platform medicalisation and offer implications for platform governance, credential verification for content creators, and digital health-literacy interventions. (shrink)

This review explored the investigations on the role of teacher immediacy in English as a Foreign Language learners’ foreign language enjoyment. Earlier investigations have proved that teacher immediacy, such as posture, body language, vocal variety, gestures, and smile, can significantly affect learners’ positive emotions like foreign language enjoyment. It means that teachers should try both to control the feelings of their learners and manage their feelings to enhance enjoyment among learners. Moreover, studies have shown that teacher immediacy is significantly related (...) to learner motivation which is a basis for increasing foreign language enjoyment among learners. However, specific strategies can be employed to increase learner motivation, which in return increases learner foreign language enjoyment. Furthermore, the study presented the implications and future directions of this line of research for different people, such as EFL teachers, teacher educators, and foreign language scholars. The ideas can improve their awareness of teacher-student relationships, in particular, teacher immediacy and its role in learners’ foreign language enjoyment. (shrink)

Multilevel item response theory models are used widely in educational and psychological research. This type of modeling has two or more levels, including an item response theory model as the measurement part and a linear-regression model as the structural part, the aim being to investigate the relation between explanatory variables and latent variables. However, the linear-regression structural model focuses on the relation between explanatory variables and latent variables, which is only from the perspective of the average tendency. When we need (...) to explore the relationship between variables at various locations along the response distribution, quantile regression is more appropriate. To this end, a quantile-regression-type structural model named as the quantile MLIRT model is introduced under the MLIRT framework. The parameters of the proposed model are estimated using the Gibbs sampling algorithm, and comparison with the original MLIRT model is conducted via a simulation study. The results show that the parameters of the Q-MLIRT model could be recovered well under different quantiles. Finally, a subset of data from PISA 2018 is analyzed to illustrate the application of the proposed model. (shrink)

This paper draws upon both Carl Jung’s theory of the psyche and nonviolence philosophy to re-examine curriculum dynamics in the context of teacher education. An integrative psychic life is enabled by the transcendent function of assimilating the unconscious to expand the horizon of consciousness while the integrative power of nonviolence heals the wounds of violence and promotes compassionate relationships. These theories follow different directions—the primary focus of Jung’s theory is the individual person and that of nonviolence theory is humane relationality—but (...) their underlying philosophical principles also intersect in ways that have important implications for today’s education. This paper focuses on three major intersections: the thread of interconnectedness is the undercurrent of an integrative psychic life and the underlying foundation for nonviolent relations; the shadow awareness within the individual psyche creates a social space for compassionate relationships with others; and complementary modes of psychic and nonviolent integration provide multiple pathways for teacher educators’ pedagogy and students’ self-education. After elaborating on these intersecting aspects and their curriculum implications, the final section discusses curriculum dynamics for subjective and social transformation through analysing the interactive relationships between and among teacher educators, students, texts, and contexts. Background Intensive care nurses repeatedly witness suffering, dying, grief, and conflict. In contemporary intensive care, protocols and monitoring routines can compress nursing work into execution and vigilance, limiting opportunities to exercise moral agency and creating ethically fraught “witnessing” positions. Research objectives To explore how intensive care nurses experience vicarious trauma, and how moral agency, ethical tensions, and organizational conditions shape its accumulation and repair. Research design A qualitative study using face-to-face semi-structured interviews and reflexive thematic analysis. Participants and research context (...) Fifteen registered nurses from a general intensive care unit in eastern China, purposively sampled for maximum variation in gender, professional title, experience, and recent high-impact exposures. Ethical considerations Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Committee of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (approval number: 2025-KLS-184-02). Written informed consent was obtained; confidentiality and a distress protocol were applied. Findings Four themes were generated: (1) occupational boundary permeation and resonance, including identity mirroring, emotional absorption, and moral tension; (2) a spectrum of adaptation, where defensive distancing functioned as a strategy of moral survival under repeated exposure; (3) fractures in professional meaning and points of rupture, including constrained voice and experiences of powerless witnessing; and (4) meaning reconstruction in the cracks, reflecting moral repair through process-oriented care, renewed boundaries, and re-grounding in dignity-preserving practice. Conclusions Vicarious trauma in intensive care nursing is not only an individual psychological burden but an ethical and organizational phenomenon shaped by constrained moral agency and ethically contested trajectories of care. Interventions should move beyond individualized resilience and strengthen ethical infrastructures that legitimize nursing voice, support reflective processing, and enable ethically defensible practice in high-acuity settings. Calcium (Ca2+) signaling as the primary intracellular second messenger orchestrates a myriad of physiological processes. Maintaining Ca2+ homeostasis relies on Ca2+ channels, pumps, exchangers, and buffers. Sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+‐ATPases (SERCAs or ATP2A) encoded by ATP2A1, ATP2A2, or ATP2A3 are primary Ca2+ pumps localized on the endoplasmic reticulum (ER)/sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) that actively sequester Ca2+ from the cytoplasm back to the ER/SR, thereby preventing the detrimental overload of cytoplasmic Ca2+ concentration. Recent studies have highlighted the significant roles and the underlying mechanisms (...) of SERCAs in non‐excitatory cells such as those within epithelial, adipose, immune, and reproductive systems or tissues. This article aims to provide a comprehensive summary of the functional characteristics and regulatory mechanisms of the SERCA family, with a particular focus on the latest research concerning their roles and mechanisms in various non‐excitatory cells and related cancers. This work will provide insight into understanding the Ca2+ signaling regulatory networks mediated by SERCAs and their implications for the diagnosis and treatment of Ca2+ dyshomeostasis‐related diseases and propose potentially constructive suggestions for the direction of research around Ca2+ signaling transductions, as well as guiding strategies for disease diagnosis, treatment, and drug development by targeting SERCAs.
