Introduction

I decided to create this community for people who enjoy making and maintaining original characters. This is a relatively open community. Plans as to plots and such are welcome. This is a flexable community in many ways. Please read the simple guideline below to get a better picture as to what kind of community this is.

Common Sense Rules

1. Original characters only.
Characters who are inspired by other stories often are acceptable, but they need to be flexable, as this is a community. An example of a bad character: "My character is from Dragon Ball Z, and his name is Gokuhan. He's a mix between Goku and Gohan, and he does the kamayhamayha."

2. This is a MATURE community only.
I ask that anyone under age 17 not join. If you're under 17 and you slip under my nose, that means you're acting mature enough to be in the community and that's fine too. :)

3. Cursing, sex, and violence is allowed, but only to a certain extent.
Sex should not be explicit, descriptive, etc. Just give us the idea and we'll fill in the blanks ourselves thank you. (If you absolutely must post an explicit sex scene, crop it so that people can choose to read or not.) Cursing should be for characteristic personalities, but use it tastefully. Racial slurs and discrimination are not tolerated. That's 0 (zero) tolerance folks.

4. Don't post ads on the community please.
Links can be alright, as long as they aren't advertisements.

5. No OOC fighting.
We're all adults here. Talk it out in private.

6. I will notify the community of any changes in rules.

Character Rules

1. Original characters, as we've covered before, are characters from your imagination or inspired slightly by something else. Any original character will do, as long as the character can interact with other characters.

2. The character can be anything imaginable, as long as others find it acceptable. You can even be a god, as long as the character isn't disrupting the way other people wish to play. (Gods especially have a do-not-interfere policy.)

3. No god-modding. You interact with the other characters, but don't make decisions for them. The classic example is that you swing your fist, but the other person decides if their character gets hit.

4. Also, no invincibility. It doesn't mean that you can't make a character who can't die, it means you can't make a character who is unafflicted by anything. For example, you can make a god who can't die, but you can't make a god who can't get hurt at all.

5. There is no limit on how many characters you may have, but you MUST post basic information on each one you create. If you choose to retire a character, just edit their description to say they're retired. If relevant, make up a story as to why they're gone.

How to Get Started

1. Request to join the community.
2. Create and post a character. Tag it "character" and save the link for your own future reference. You may also post links to pictures as to what the character looks like. Please post anything relevant to your character you can think of and feel free to edit it later.
3. Start coming up with a plot, and others will join. Or join someone else's plot. Either way works.

Policies During Roleplay

1. Type ledgibly. NO TYPING IN CAPS ALL OF THE TIME. nO TyPiNg LiKe ThIs. Try to be grammatically correct as best you can.
2. There is no particular rule as to how to make actions, but this is a rp that's posted on a blog. Try to be creative, and just make sure we're all on the same page.
3. Try to make the post longer than 3 sentences. It'll increase your chances of getting responded to.
4. Specify OOC (out of character) somehow, and make it obvious it's not a part of the rp. Keep OOC at a minimal. The only OOC that is an exception to this is OOC having to do with plot discussion, or somehow pertaining to the rp.
