Forever the dour Scotsman. The world has lost an extraordinary driving talent.

My heart goes out to his family, especially his wife; to lose husband and son together so suddenly must be the worst kind of pain.

It's bad enough that we have to get a set top box to get any kind of rally coverage whatsoever, but the way that ITV4 seem to be treating the WRC is appalling. Firstly they didn't show any coverage whatsoever of Rally Finland. Hmph it's only one of the best rallies in the season, no matter. Then they advertise on their web site that they will be showing Rally New Zealand at 6pm, so we turn on the TV just before 6pm to see the last 30 seconds of the coverage, which began at 4.55pm, it seems. So we check the website again, and it's still showing that the coverage should start at 6pm.

I am getting so hacked off with this.

Yes they're all arse shots due to it being a "prime" spectator spot. It would have been if they were coming down the hill.
