Whether it's because you have nightmares or because you're a college student riding on a full scholarship and are on the edge of losing it or because you chronically just can't sleep, this community is for you.

That's pretty much it. Feel free to post the art you created on any given sleepless night, as well as anything you need to write about in order for you to possibly sleep. Or anything else, really. I find that making lists and venting out everything I can possibly think of really helps me clear my mind and possibly prepare for sleep. Feel free to post advice about remedies that help calm the body or help one sleep, or ask for advice about anything involving sleep/why you can't get it.
