yuletide 2011.

This was my actual assignment and the one I wrote the day I sat down and said, "I am going to write my yuletide story today." I had other ideas - the prompts were a very good match for the kinds of things I like to write (when I was scoping out the letters ahead of time, I saw this one and was like, "I will never be lucky enough to get this person" and then I did. so. The yuletide algorithm does sometimes smile upon you. I'd just read the Wonder Girl mini where Cassie, Cissie and Anita reunite, and I'd figured the story would be about Cassie, but Cissie just took over, and it became a story about her and her choices. Also, the request was for the sex not to be graphic, so of course the story wanted to be super-porny and I had to dial it down. Heh. If the request had been for hot porn, I probably would have only been able to manage a chaste kiss and some handholding.
Anyway, it's a sweet little story and I like how it turned out, the recipient seemed to like it, so I call it a success. And I was pleased to add some girlslash to my fic list this year.
