The Taproot Message Board has decided that we need to get Taproot onto TRL 'cause they effing deserve it!

[Personally, I hate MTV, but apparently people still watch TRL & what better way to help support the band than get a bunch of people to see the video on TRL?]

when do you they go on tour again???

i wonder which bands are doing concerts for the katrina relief thing... lol i know that has nothing to deal with taproot but it jsut popped into my head... so yeah...

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to update you guys on what's going on with the band. The guys are currently on a break until September 10^th and have been known to stop in on their message board to let us know what's up.

For those of you who don't frequent the board, Jarrod left a message yesterday saying there was going to be a feature of him & Phil during the San Diego/Atlanta baseball game last nite. It was cool - the guys were talking about baseball & their experiences with it. It was a change from seeing them being interviewed about the band & stuff. If I can find someone who's uploaded it, I'll be sure to post a link.

Other than that, nothing new. We're all anxiously awaiting to hear how Blue-Sky Research did on the Billboard 200. If you haven't bought a copy yet, what are you waiting for?!? GO BUY ONE! (Or you can buy 4 - how many that you want)

As I'm sure you all know, Blue Sky Research is hitting shelves this Tuesday. If yer dying to hear the album the boys have decided to put it on their myspace profile. If you don't want to listen now, more power to ya! It's absolutely amazing, as far as I'm concerned.

Okay, moving on to business...
I'm sure all you good little fans out there have heard that Taproot's new album Blue Sky Research is set to be released August 16th. The new song Facepeeler is out on the web & rocks my socks. If you haven't heard it or have heard it & want it, comment! Your wish is my command. [Well, besides dating/marrying (insert band member's name here).]
I am working on some new photos to spruce up the community as well, so you'll have something nice to drool over in the near future!
For those of you who have heard Facepeeler, has anyone figured out the lyrics yet? Apparently there has been discussion on TR's message board of quite sometime debating what the lyrics are. Feel free to post your version here if you want!
