A sign of life from the populace would be nice, since I know there are some members, at least. dw_community_promo allows you to post once a week for the first month if your community is <90 days old, but oh well. Only once a month thereafter, but the post I made was in June, so it's long enough ago we're not even on the first page of entries now. Yeep. Although I know the fact of the matter is that Monkey Island is a tiny niche, and Dreamwidth is also a pretty small pond, so cross those two things together and for all I know, I have already found all the people in this particular pond who care 😅

Monkey Head catacombs

He's in a place beneath this island... somewhere in a huge system of catacombs... a hellish place filled with the wailing of tortured souls trapped forever in the rock... where the walls bleed and the air is thick with the rancid smell of pure evil. Tourists used to line up for hours to see it.
