Too lazy to be stupid

I deleted my MySpace account. I'd left it alone for two months after moving here so that people could either get used to the idea or not notice at all. The latter being much more likely.
Even when I had posted a blog saying that I would be clearing out the account soon, and a 'headline' that said See latest blog, people would still send me random friend requests. Shows you how well they'd read the profile.
I've sent out a last bulletin telling 'friends' where to find me, and cleared out the profile, deleted the pictures, and then cancelled the account. I'm glad they at least have an option for that.
Under 'cancellation comments' I entered 'So long, and thanks for all the fish'.

So, it's gone. Feels like spring cleaning  :-)
