Melting...

It's hot. Very, very hot. They're forecasting temperatures in the 30's from today 'til Thursday and even then it's not gonna cool down a lot. I thought today was bad enough. It makes work almost worth it just to go somewhere that's decently air conditioned.

This is my weekend off coming up and I fully intend to spend as much of it as I can in the pool. Gotta dig out my swimsuit... Haven't been swimming yet this year.

Finished the Sookie Stackhouse books yesterday. Decided to give Twilight another try, so that and New Moon are now on my iPod. Might come to regret that, but whatever. I want to know what actually happens, not just what's in the movies. I can't help it that I'm naturally curious.

Okay, going to shower now. And possibly grabbing some ice cream. Mmmm.... Ice cream...
