They all go batshit crazy!

It started off with being home alone yesterday...I woke up, had breakfast (normal), and did the laundry before heading out for lunch alone...which lead to me watching Prince Caspian alone. Kinda sad isn't it? Well, that isn't really the batshit crazy part. When I got out of the cinema, I realised that a heavy storm had taken place. So, I headed home to check on the house. Thank goodness I did because the storm tripped the electricity and I had to start up the fuse box again (or elze my pet fishes would've died without the oxygen pump working!). I tried connecting to the internet with my computer...but failed. ORZ I tried again. When my 100th attempt failed, I tried to check the plugs and stuff behind the computer...and before I could even tweak anything, my t-shirt hooked onto the UV protective glass screen in front of my computer and fell to the floor and shattered into a million pieces. Ugh!

So, major cleaning up process with a few cuts on my feet.

It's not really that major I guess, but I woke up feeling rather negative yesterday I guess. Funny how a whole mindset when you wake up can affect your whole day. Haha.

Anyway, I think either my modem or my line/cable is fried, so I'll be calling in the technicians on Monday. Am currently typing this at a Cybercafe (thanks ezelthecheezel, but this feels so absolutely cheesy. Typing LJ posts in a cybercafe. How much more desperate can you get? OTL) after having dinner with him.

Anyway, as I was watching Narnia, I couldn't help but remember the time when I watched the first movie with iyori and went all 'LUCY X MR TUMNUS'...kinda brings about a feeling of melancholy T_T I didn't really like the movie that much, but the ending really left me with a huge sense of loss, especially when they said that the *spoiler* two of them couldn't return to Narnia again *end spoiler* And how abruptly the show ended...it feels like a loss of innocence. The only thing I truly liked about the movie was the soundtrack.

That's about it I guess, please do not mourn my short period of absence on LJ. (Haha, right XD;;)

RANTAGE. USM's internet just blocked Tegaki E, so I can't access it to draw any more. RAGE! (TT_TT) First DA now Tegaki E. Now all you have to do is kill off my access to livejournal and my life in Kelantan is over as we know it. *sobs*

It's assignment + Cumulative Assessment + OSPE + presentation rush time again, at least one each week leading up to my study week. *shrugs* I guess the workload's going to increase as I progress through university. X(

Aaaaaaaand Heroes Season 3 will only be coming out in SEPTEMBER 2008. *KEELS OVER AND DIES* Well, not really, but just don't take House away from me!! And I SWEAR, once Hiro gets offed in the show I'm not going to continue watching unless Ando suddenly gets a superpower or another Chinese/Japanese/Korean gets a spot in the main character lineup. (yesyes, I'm a little racist that way LOL but which ethnicity doesn't like to be represented on TV screens? Still, I'm waiting for the day a new superhero from Thailand/Philipines/Malaysia/Singapore/Indonesa appears on the show >D)

Else, life is still manageable. I'll be heading off to Tumpat (somewhere in Kelantan) for a meditation retreat this weekend, I do hope that it'll be able to let my mind relax and brace itself for the loads of work coming my way in March. =)

Wokay, leaving home in about 10 minutes. I do hope that my friend whom I am supposed to be bunking with after Victor and co leave for home on Sunday will contact me in the next few hours...or else I'll be forced to contact my Mom's cousin (my uncle?) and stay at his house..which kinda defeats the other purpose of me going down to Singapore in the first place (TT_TT) Dang it Eugene, please call me!!!

Oh man, I actually bought an extra bag inside my backpack just to stuff with stuff I'm supposed to buy for other people. Ara yada!

I'm home, and my eyes feel like they're slowly burning their way outta my sockets. And I have a bad headache somewhat. Owww. I guess that's only to be expected when I didn't really get much uninterrupted sleep while I was in Penang! (The hotel bed sucked DDD8)

Neways, wow, so many things happened when I was in Penang so, point form as usual:

- My HATE for corrupt local policemen have soared to an all new level. Me, being a law abiding driver and all, managed to get through 3/4's of the route back to Penang without getting caught by any speed traps (because I was following the speed limit, yeah) only to be flagged down to the side of the road by a traffic police claiming that I was 'ROAD HOGGING'. EXCUSE ME, but HOW THE FUCK DO YOU ROAD HOG ON A FREAKING HIGHWAY? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE MOVING AT THE MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT IN THE FAST LANE (110KMPH)? Mind you, whenever there was a vehicle behind me wanting to 'cut', I'd move into the slow lane (Which means, yes, those people were the ones breaking the speed limit). Stupid policemen, if you think you're going to milk a few fifty ringgits off me for a offence I did not commit, you can go screw yourselves at the back seat of your police car. That stupid guy actually had the cheek to say 'Oh, kamu ni ROAD HOGGING la. Menghalang lalulintas', when I asked what was my offence. My mom was rather frustrated, but I literally gave my IC and driver's license to the guy to let him issue is stupid summons and get it over with (because as far as I could see, there was no point arguing with the guy who's so adamant to say that I was breaking traffic rules in his eyes. My word against his, go figure.). Then, looking back, I finally understand what the heck this guy took so long issuing the summons to me behind my car...He actually expected my parents (who were with me) to go out and issue some sort of bribe offer to him. Then the best thing happened. When he gave me the summons, I refused to sign it because I claimed thatI wasn't in the wrong and I didn't agree with him. And he just returned my IC and driver's license and let me go. Yeah. Anyway, my mom's gonna ask her friends in the paper how to go about dealing with this stupid summon. (=___=) I really feel like getting out of the country now. Especially with...

- The Lina Joy case. Oh God, I am a Buddhist and as a fellow Malaysian, I totally reject the argument that 'If you're not a Muslim, you should STFU about the Lina Joy case because it does not concern you and we think you should shut up'. As far as I know, this policy concerns all Malaysians due to the fact that we're a multiracial and multireligious country with so many interracial/interreligious marriages that there's bound to be some children from mixed parentage wanting to decide for themselves what religion that they want for themselves. Keeping them bound to a faith they they do not believe in will only strengthen their rejection. Personally, my parents exposed me to Christianity and Buddhism when I was young (e.g: Going for Buddhist Classes and Sunday Classes at alternate weekends) and ultimately let me decide for myself what I thought was best for myself. Sounds liberal, but that's a rather basic human right isn't it? Ah, I could go on more about this but my headache's killing me and I need more time to elaborate on other things.

- What's up with all this LJ-survivor thing I see popping up around the LJ-comms and flist? Oh well, not that I bother. In fact, I'm rather eager to try putting pedophilia on my interests list and signing up for a new username in the process ROFL.

- I took loads of photographs with my digicam when I went back to Penang this time. Will HOPEFULLY upload them soon.

ck.........I can't take the throbbing anymore. SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP.


Oh, and Happy Belated Birthday ultra_butterfly!

My Tales of Abyss CD isn't working anymore on my PS2! I've tested it previously when I first bought it but now it's unable to load, even after I've wipes it with CD cleaner fluid etc etc etc! *SOOOOOOOOBS* Thank goodness I was only an hour into the game at time. *SNIFFS* DAMMIT, now I have to get a new CD!
