I'm sorry for the lack of updates lately. I recently moved to England and haven't found much time to make new arts so far. Still I felt really inspired by Gossip Girl these last months and thought I would dedicate some arts to that amazing show. I don't know girls if that show as the same effect upon you that it has upon me but since I'm watching it I can't help spending my time shopping for new clothes. I think every girl probably recognizes her style in at least one character. My style is Serena's all the way, I would love to know what's yours. :) And who is your favourite couple ? I guess I won't sound very original if I tell you mine is Chuck and Blair's. ;)

I'm so happy grain_de_beaute and I finally managed to collaborate to make some arts together. She is a wonderful artist and one of my best friend. It was a real honour to be able to express my creativity with a person I consider that much.
We chose the pictures for the icons together and they all feature fandoms we both like. I hope you like them too. ;)

Belle was my very first favourite Disney's lady. I guess as many child recognize themselves into some heroes, I innocently believed she and I had a lot in commun. I remember myself pretending to read in the street just to look like her, when I was 8. ;) I learnt this year while writting my thesis that we all need a Role Model, especially when we're young, to help us handling a development. We need one or several figures to guide us and to comfort us when we grow up. Belle was probably one of mine, but peculiarly, she is now one of the Disney's ladies I'm the less interested in. ;)

Anyway, here are some arts I made on that beautiful Disney movie, Beauty and the Beast to remember the good old time. All the icons and banners were made for contests at d_ladicontest  , disney_hush  and grande_disney  . Enjoy ! :)

Some weeks ago I discovered the wonderful show Veronica Mars and I really enjoyed what I watched. The dialogues are fantastic and every character really attaching. I watched the two first seasons in less than two weeks, I guess that's what we call addiction.^^ Too bad the show stopped after only 3 seasons...
Anyway I really liked Kristen Bell's characters in both Veronica Mars and Heroes so I just had to iconize her. Oh and I'll share a little secret with you : kbell_still  is the best place to enter icons to contests featuring the actress. ;) There are always gorgeous pictures to iconize. I'll let you judge by yourself. ;)

Hi everybody ! :D

I hope you're all doing good.  I finally found the time to create a lj contest community featuring one of my favourite show : Heroes.
I know there iare already several ones on lj but nearly all of them are on hiatus right now. The show won't be back before 4 months, that's probably why but I thought it would still be nice to keep up the love. :)

Pocahontas is one of my favourite Disney's lady. She's a really feminine natural beauty and she does no fear to stand up for what she thinks to be right. She also leaves in the wild, in the middle of animals and beautiful landscapes... and she does not meet any prince charming, only a man far from being flawless. Isn't it most girls' dream ? ;) Ok maybe not but to sum up, she's still an inspiring character to me.^^

Episode 97 of Sailor Moon season S is one of my favourite Sailor Moon episode. The two gorgeous soldiers of water compete each other in a swim race. To me, this episode is the one in which Ami and Michiru look the more lovely. There is also a beautiful moral to this episode : Stay the way you are. Have faith in yourself. People will like you even more for this. I really advise you to see it if you haven't already done so. ^^
