| About Welcome to  xgossipgirl_ic, an icon challenge community for The CW’s Gossip Girl. Each week you may participate in challenges based on the TV show Gossip Girl or the actors and actresses who play the characters. Everyone and anyone can participate so don’t hesitate to join!Rules 1. Any icons must meet LJ standards. This means they cannot be bigger than 1OOx1OO and must be smaller than 4OKb. Files can be .jpeg, .png or .gif. 2. You may use brushes, textures or stock images. 3. When submitting icons, post the image and the URL 4. Do not post icons anywhere else until winners have been posted 5. Icons must be newly made and made specifically for this challenge. 6. You cannot vote if you are not a member. You cannot vote for yourself. Please don't tell people to vote for you. Schedule Every week one challenge will be posted on Sunday night. Icons will be accepted up until Friday at 11pm EST. Voting will start on Friday and go until Sunday at 8pm EST. Winners will be posted on Sunday. Voting & Winners When voting, please give a first, second and third place. First place will receive 3 points, second will receive 2 points and third will receive 1 point. Example: First: #5 (3 points) Second: #1O (2 points) Third: #8 (1 point) A first, second and third place will be given to those with the most points. A mod’s choice will be given out to any competitor. Banners will be made for the winners on request.
