Is LTX really free under $10M in revenue?

Yes. If your company earns under $10M in annual revenue, you can self-host the full model weights, fine-tune, and use LTX commercially at no cost under the community license. No usage caps, no seat fees.

Do you charge per generation?

Not on a license. You pay for the infrastructure you run LTX on, so your unit economics stay predictable as you scale. Per-generation pricing only applies to the hosted API.

Is the $10M threshold company revenue or product revenue?

Total annual company revenue, measured across your organization. If you are close to the line, or structured in a way that makes it unclear, a licensing expert can confirm where you land in a short call.

Can I run LTX fully air-gapped?

Yes. Enterprise deployments support on-prem, edge, and fully air-gapped environments, so your data and generations never leave your infrastructure.

What license governs the weights?
