Bailey Chase just tweeted about a star-studded charity program for disadvantaged children that he's participating in next weekend in LA. He, Jason Alexander, Max Greenfield, Mayim Bialik, Justina Machado, Jeremy Piven and a host of other actors will be performing Shakespeare with the kids (Bailey trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, so he has a Shakespeare background) at the Magic Castle, which is a really cool joint. So if any of you are near LA and have the bucks, check it out!

Longmire's Lou Diamond Phillips on La Bamba, the Brat Pack, and dressing in drag -- Excellent AV Club piece focusing on LDP's film and TV history with his reflections on various roles. Great tidbits and a fun read. (I'd forgotten--or never knew--that Esai Morales played his older brother in La Bamba. I think that, plus Stand & Deliver and Filly Brown with EJO, makes Lou an honorary Adama. ;)
