I’m not even going to lie the first shots i saw of defoe’s character i didn’t even recognize that was him. it took me a few minutes lol but outside of that holy shit the movie was terrific. my mom had told me it was so slow paced but considering ive been into the literature and subsequently movies of dracula it honestly wasn’t. It’s only the start of 2025 and we’re already off with a banger
