My best friend and I saw this twice it’s opening weekend - our first theater experience with Lynch. We loved it, became obsessed. Some movies you either get or you don’t - but this one got us. It gets me everytime.
My mom saw it around that time too and it’s one of the only movies she’s ever walked out of. I remember listening to her listing off her complaints and thinking “damn, sucks that you can’t let yourself go”.
