Such an interesting true story to tell on film. While this is a made for TV film, it does deliver on the fierce impulsivity of the event and the twist of fate for the two main characters. An event I didn’t know that I needed to know. Mirren and Morrissey give intense and sultry performances (as per usual). Also notable is the focused and meaningful performance by Norma West.

Gritty, brutal, precise and relentless. Great opening! Love the way this film is shot from all POVs. Great song choices in the soundtrack.

Strange and intriguing film. Spacek and Duvall play odd and weird so well on their own — with the two of them doing it on the same film, their performances etch a place in your psyche. Love the pool mural by Bhodi Wind.

Badass! This is nuts in all the greatest ways. Disclaimers, typos, fonts & graphics slay. The orchestration of sound is a chef’s kiss. The looping is purposefully fucked. Just when you think they couldn’t take it any further, they do. ⚠️ WILL WARP YOUR SENSES. I would like to think David Lynch would have gotten a kick out of this film.
