This became my favourite book when I first read it a few years ago. I kind of dreaded seeing it adapted to movie, because that usually doesn't go very well. But somehow, they did the book justice in every possible sense - this is every bit as much of a love letter to the universe, science, and discovery as the original work. I love this movie, I love this book, casting was perfect and every scene I hoped would be included was a part of the film. Amaze, amaze!!
