As somebody adjacent to vaporwave but not within the scene around this time, I found this to be a fascinating look into how an internet sub-genre frames itself. There's no denying the cultural impact of this post-capitalistic music genre, and the doc does a pretty good job at explaining what vaporwave is to the uninitiated.
