While I’m glad there’s a Bill Traylor documentary, it has too much of a “PBS” doc vibe. You can imagine art teachers showing it to any age group. Also with artists that were largely ignored or undiscovered during their lives there is a lot of speculation on what the present generation thinks the reasoning is behind his art.
