This movie is my reality as well as anyone who suffers from the atrocities of capitalism. Post-irony is the only way to get such an absurd series of events on the silver screen. I have watched everything Boots has done, and I just get more and more impressed with how he is able to convey the truth behind ludicrous situations and campy dialogue. He really is a generational talent that deserves to keep creating in a world that doesn't want people like us to succeed.
I have missed random ass films like this. What a weird fucking premise that is also kind of genius and kind of not. It sits at the precipice of doing too much and also being very clichΓ©.
No dude. These biopics that literally exclude everything bad about the person they're referencing are so fucking boring and pointless. Just like the Elvis movie. Elvis was an absolutely horrible person, and I know George wasn't really on his level, but he had some pretty bad moments that need to be mentioned. I'm so over it.
This franchise is something that's really close to me. I've watched these movies and even the Young Indiana Jones show religiously. All I wanted was redemption for Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull, and that's exactly what I got. I can't talk much about it, but I'm very happy.
