Everything about this would’ve made more sense if Heathcliff was a werewolf. This was already barely an adaptation so I don’t think a dash of lycanthropy would be a step too far.

Like spending two hours hanging out with your favorite college film professor who just so happens to be Martin Scorsese. If you are the type of person who regularly plans your nights around the Turner Classic Movie schedule, then I cannot recommend this enough.
