I’m not a musical fan, so no surprise this wasn't a hit for me. Spielberg works his magic behind the camera and makes it a solid watch, but unfortunately, I just get taken out of the movie every time they start singing and dancing, even tho it’s choreographed very well. Everything from the rumble to the ending, I really liked. Everything before that not so much. Chalking this up to just musicals not being for me, but Spielberg’s flair still manages to save it a little bit.
