It’s so rare that a movie is as legendarily bad as you’ve heard. The Norbit Boogeyman is a hideous abomination the like cinema has rarely seen. Lovecraftian
Hordes would rip their d**ks off to poke out their thousand eyes as they withered under the horror of Norbit. F**k.
Me: “can I have some narrative?”
Salo: “here is a tray of poop.”
Me: “can the suffering at least serve an artistic purpose?”
Salo: “Did I mention the poop?”
This movie was a blast. Some of the scene work was an absolute wonder to behold. The script is really uneven at times and leaves stretches that couldn’t keep afloat. All the hunting the white whale spectacle could have used some narrative/thematic support to add some connection beyond the fun house ride level. Perhaps a I’ll find more on a second viewing.
