He died almost twelve years ago. It hurt quite a bit, he was my childhood hero inasmuch as I had one. Felt like he was everywhere growing up. Such omnipresence in pop culture. He was so funny. A great actor. Immense talent. And such a cool, charming weirdo to a kid. Loved his movies, Aladdin, Hook, Mrs Doubtfire. I even sat through the inscrutable (to a ten year old, and everyone else) film…

It makes sense and is good that these movies are always seven hours long

It’s all over the place, never feels like a real world, nearly all the suspects simply sit in a room and don’t do much. Pieced together in that Netflix way that does not cover up the fact that it looks cheap. That very fake church sunlight was distracting and looked like shit. Oh wow it got brighter when he was talking about god.
