It's no Jewel Robbery, which isn't necessarily a masterpiece to begin with. I think one's enjoyment of this film relies on how one feels about Kay Francis. Both of my stars are for her. Andy Devine shows up for a little bit too. Nothing offensively bad, but nothing memorable either.
