Chaos. Pure fucking chaos. Can’t get enough of films where characters are forced into the unknown, especially within a small space. It’s so claustrophobic and traps you in amongst the madness from the very second our main characters enter the building. One of the most heart pounding endings I’ve seen in a while. Once that night vision kicked in my heart rate skyrocketed. Great stuff, nightmarish at times and utilises every second of its runtime, ‘REC’ is right up there in the list of best found-footage movies.

Over-the-top 80’s fun filled with ridiculous costumes and set pieces. There’s just enough to really sink your teeth into. Shame the Earth-based parts never quite hooked me in. One of the definitive Pixar movies that I one day cannot wait to show my future children. A childhood classic of mine that forever holds up no matter how many times I sit down and watch.

Such a memorable time and it’s gotten to the point where I can pretty much map this film out in my head scene by scene.
